Beetrooper Arrival

Quick-Play Spell

Fusion Summon 1 Insect Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Material. If this card is in your GY, except the turn it was sent there: You can return a banished Insect monsters from your GY to your hand; Fusion Summon 1 Insect Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by banishing monsters from your field or GY as Fusion Material. You can only use this effect of "Beetrooper Landing" once per turn.

Lots of people are hating on the other support (the trap is awful) but most of it is fine. I really felt like giving them the Fusion spell they deserve. Also yes you return the banished insect to your hand as cost.

I kinda feel like the second, GY effect of this card is probably the stronger of the two, mainly due to Resonance Insect shenanigans (Anything that can recycle/banish an insect immediatly catches the card's eye lol), but given that ya need 4 mats for your only good target, the new fusion guy, at least i doubt you'd play it in a Foolish Burial Goods kind of  way, given that it would only come up kind of late ish into you combo. Still, given that it is a Quick Play, prolly good way to dodge some targeted destruction by just using the targeted guys as mat, or as a way to get some extra utility of the Papillion link ya use to SS the Battlewasp negate. Normally i'd say that ya should give a "Only one of [card's name] effects per turn" on a card with a GY effect like that, specially given that ya could use the first effect to go into the fusion, send for insects to the GY for the cost, and then banish those same four insects for the GY eff of the card for a second one (Plus, like, a Resonance Insect or something), but given that the big fusion guy is just a Towers without any disruption, i dont feel it would be that necesary. Plus, y'know, since the card is a Quick Play the GY eff is Spell Speed 2. Guess that is a way to use it with Foolish Burial Goods, huh. Just, dump it and if your opponent ever looks like breaking your board you just banish a bunch of insects on field/GY to put a big hard to get rid of body on the field.

All in all, the card is p sweet and kind of vaguely reminicent to ABC Dragon Buster in how it could be used to dodge disruption, but i feel like the posible targets for it dont really warrant playing it that much tbh, outside of maybe having it as a one of search as kind of an emergency plan or something. Idk man, my main problem isnt with the card itself not being good, but rather with the new fusion guy Beetroopers got leaving me kinda unimpressed. Could be a hella good card in the future though, if insects ever get any cool Fusion monsters
