You can only Special Summon "Darktronic Mega De-Structer" once per turn this way. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Apply the following effect depending on the Battle Position this card was summoned in. * Attack Position: Target 1 card your opponent controls, destroy it, then, if the destroyed card was a monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed cards original ATK. * Defense Position: Send 1 random card from your opponents hand to the GY, then, if that card was a monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that cards original ATK. ATK/2000 DEF/3000 Dark Tool Dragon lv 7 DARK Machine/Synchro/Effect Cannot be Synchro Summoned. Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 2 monsters you control with a Level difference of 7 to the GY (1 DARK Tuner and 1 non-Tuner). You can only use the following effects of "Dark Tool Dragon" once per turn. * You can equip 1 Equip Spell card that can be equipped to this card from your Deck to this card. * (Quick Effect): You can destroy 1 Equip Spell card equipped to this card and target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; negate the targeted cards effects, then, inflict 700 points of damage to your opponent.
