Worm World
Field Spell
Reptile "Worm" monsters gain 300 ATK/DEF. Setting monsters does not count for a players Normal Summon. While you control a Level 5 or higher Reptile "Worm" monster, and all face-up monsters you control are LIGHT, your opponent cannot Normal Summon or Special Summon monsters in attack position.

Just makin' a powerful Worm support card, don't mind me.

there are so many decks that would love infinite setting.

Fortunately, that part of the card is generic (and it affects both players like classic field spells).

I'll be honest though, I'm not really sure how useful "infinite sets" is. You can't use 'em as Synchro/Xyz/Link Material*. They have no effects while face down**. The only change for Fusions is that it enables Fusion spells that exclusively work using monsters on the field.

I think it only actually benefits tribute summoning, right? (and FLIP decks, but that's a given)

*excluding the Ghostrick Link

**excluding a couple rare exceptions

Afaik, there's 4 exceptions: Big Shield Gardna, Mid-Shield Gardna, Deus X-Krawler, and Amaterasu.  They all have effects that trigger if targeted while face-down.
