-Increase this card’s Level by 1, also it gains 1500 ATK.

-Add 1 “Kuriboh” monster or “Multiply” from your Deck or GY to your hand.

 

TL note: Kuriboh is a chestnut pun. So is this.

Skilled Magicians have not seen use since Goat Control AFAIK with White Magician having solid ATK/DEF stats and Black Magician for its 1900-ATK beating stat, and yet neither used for their effects, but with such a low Spell Counter cost, this may actually be the first Skilled Magician to be feasibly played for its effect xD

The fun part is how 4 Skilled Magicians were made before this, and yet, this is the first truly useable one for anything other than being a beatstick.
