The Weather Painter Fog & Foggy Canvas + After the Summer Storm

Hello, long time no see!
Last year I made some "The Weather" custom cards, but I wasn't exactly pleased with the result: their scope felt too narrow, and didn't suit the actual playstyle of the deck. So I tried to have a second go at it and, while I was at it, I also changed the card artworks so that they could fit in with the chibi look of the other monsters.

The Weather Painter Fog (EARTH)
LVL 3
When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated that would negate the summoning of a "The Weather" monster: you can banish this card from your hand; negate the activation. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of the turn after this card was banished from the hand or field to activate a "The Weather" card's effect: You can Special Summon this banished card.
ATK 800/DEF 1500

"The Weather" is a slow but resilient archetype, of which the only major weakness is summon negation, and "The Weather Painter Fog" is designed to mitigate that factor. I also modified the usual bouncing effect of the archetype for this card to synergize with the negation cost. Because of that, I decided not to combine the negation with a destruction effect.
Fog is the only common weather phenomenon that isn't represented in the cycle, so I deemed it natural to choose it to complete the cycle. The attribute chose for this card is EARTH because it likely maximizes the synergy with Snow (also, it makes sense for this card to have it because Fog is essentially a cloud at ground level).

The Weather Foggy Canvas
Continuous Trap Card
"The Weather" Effect Monsters in your Main Monster Zones of this card's column and its adjacent columns gain this effect.
● If a monster is Summoned: You can banish this card; this turn, that monster cannot be used as material for a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Summon.

You can only control 1 "The Weather Foggy Canvas".

This is a revisitation of my older custom card "The Weather Venusian Canvas", which you can see by clicking the corresponding link in my profile.

The Weather After the Summer Storm
Quick-Play Spell Card
Discard 1 card; Link Summon 1 Fairy-Type Link Monster using materials you control. You can also send to the GY face-up "The Weather" Continuous Spell/Trap Card(s) you control as Link Material, instead of "The Weather" monsters.

After the Summer Storm is the more unique card, by virtue of being the only Quick-Play Spell in the archetype. It is clearly designed to facilitate the summon of "The Weather Painter Rainbow", but I decided to make the card more flexible, and to counterbalance that by adding a cost in card economy. The second clause is supposed to work only for Link Monsters which specifically require "The Weather" monsters as material (such as Rainbow).
The name of this card is meant to refer to what usually happens during summer in temperate regions: out of nowhere clouds gather and cause a short thunderstorm, after which they disperse, giving way for a rainbow to rise. Their suddenness is also reflected in its subtype.
