Sleepy
Flash Burn Wave [ Trap ] If there are 5 or more face-up cards on the field: Flip all monsters on the field to face-down Defense Position, and opponent monsters cannot have their positions changed this turn. Also, after that, if there is both a Link Monster and a Token Monster on the field, you can Set this card face-down instead of sending it to the GY. - - - - So I thought about something a la "Needle Ceiling"/"Torrential Tribute". It doesn't get stuff off the field, it doesn't self-protect, and it doesn't even permanently leave the monsters trapped face-down, but I think it should be interesting..... Since it is probably a worse version of the mentioned cards it is based on, I added it a Scrap Iron Scarecrow clause at the end if the field happens to have both of the monster kinds of cards that cannot be flipped down in the game...... I guess that makes this live the most like that in Tenyl (not that I think they'd particularly want it though) Anyways, what do you think?

You say Needle Ceiling, but my first thought was Straight Flush. That aside: It's kind of slow. But I do like that they can't just be flipped back up that same turn. So you could put a damper on your opponent's swarming. I also do like the low-key punishment you give opponents if they had the audacity of playing with Link monsters. Also, Token monsters, I guess. But aside from Brave Token...I dunno what would be used often enough. Overall, neat Trap Card.
Pommelo
Though the wording is pretty much perfect, I think you could move stuff around a bit. Using "Also, after that" conjunction after a period is definitely no good (double checked with EdoPro). If there are 5 or more face-up cards on the field: Flip all monsters on the field to face-down Defense Position, also, after that, if there is both a Link Monster and a Token Monster on the field, you can Set this card face-down instead of sending it to the GY. Opponent's monsters cannot change their battle positions for the rest of this turn. As much as I love Needle Ceiling, I'm unsure if its correct to call this card's main effect as "weaker". Yep and hands down 12 years ago, but not nowadays xD. The fact that you set in place the opponent's monsters, heavily disrupting their field, instead of triggering effects/giving GY fodder to do stuff sounds pretty cool. The second effect is just the icing on the cake that makes me thing this is better than the mentioned card, and heck, perhaps even Quaking Mirror Force, because that dependence of attacks is kinda eww despite the permanent flipping. Honestly speaking, I don't see that much trouble on having 5 face-up cards total on the field, it's a good number imo (make it 4 lol)

Link without Tokens or Token without Links = card goes to GY after use as normal. Sooo the card essentially is as powerful as a single use of Ultimate Conductor Tyranno, which I've seen people can very much play past it..... although Tyranno kinda telegraphs its presense xD Also, remember it's face-up CARDS rather than MONSTERS so yeah it is pretty easy to achieve... I bet if your opponent can get hit by Nibiru, odds are they can fulfill this on their own xD I'll edit with the grammar suggestions soon although I'm currently brainstorming something n.n Thanks for the feedback~
Darj
Really strange condition for the re-Setting effect, but hey, it's an unique effect, and I find it cool. Yeah, the card counting face-up Spell/Traps helps a ton, and in decks heavy with face-up Spell/Traps keeping this card alive would be a breeze. I like it, as said in the introduction post, it's like a lighter version of TT, or rather Quaking Mirror Force, but more chainable in the right decks, plus a situational reuse effect as icing on cake, seems solid enough.
