Favorite Mega Man Game

This is a bit old school I know. So, What was your favorite Mega Man Game

I've never played the classic games, but I know that 2 is the best.

I personally like all the ones right up until the GB Megaman games. Only because I never played them ('cept the second one, which was ok).

 

But I especially love the first 8 (I understand how people say that Megaman was getting stale by MM4, but i never found it that way).

 

Anyways, my favorite is Megaman 3, just slightly over 2 because MM3 has my favorite Robot Master (Shadowman) whilst MM2 had my second favorite Robot Master (Quickman).

ive only really played 8 and the 2 power battles games....

and the power battle games were fun as can be, but short...

and in 8 nothing preps you for the end stages....

 

so ill vote Power Battles 2....

Megaman 8 was great. As was The Power Fighters (The power Battles was pretty good too, but its sequel was better.) My only complaint about the Power Battles and Power Fighters was that it was too short. If it was longer, it would have been that much more enjoyable. As for the Wily Castles in MM8, they was pretty annoying, but still good and I did beat it.

lol, i was stuck on the second stage of the final area for a couple of weeks XD, but i beat it at age 8 so thats understandable......

and yes, if Power Fighters were longer it would have been the best game in the series to me :D

I wouldn't go as far as saying the best, but it would have been one of, IMO. It was fun, Shadowman AND Quickman were both in it, and it was two player. Also, though, I'll admit it was a little too easy. But if it was longer, it would have been awesome.

You forgot to add the Megaman PC games. (can't blame you, not many people know about it) Torchman is a Robot Master in Megaman 3 PC. But... for the ones listed above? I like all of them.

I'm aware of the PC games. The first one only had 3 robot masters (Volt, Bit, and one other. I think it was Dynaman or something like that.) The third (there was no second, for some reason) had 6 (Torch, Wave (not the one from MM5), Blade, Shark, Oil, and one other. I forgot who it was.). I think both of them were bad, from what I heard.

Yes, I've seen the sprites. Also, the line-up for the first one was Voltman, Dynaman and Sonicman. Also, Bitman was in the third one.

Well, I never really paid much attention to those two. I tried playing MM3 PC, but it ran sooo fast that it was pretty much unplayable (must've been my CPU or something.). I wasn't really interested anyways. The graphics didn't look too good.
