During your Main Phase; Tribute Monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels is equal 10 or higher, then Ritual Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone.

If this card is Ritual Summoned: Negate the Effects of all other card on the field and then destroy all other card on the field. negate the effects of cards destroyed this way in your GY. You can only use this effect of "Elder of Land-Hurling Scales" once per turn. If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone and change this card scale to 11.
