Well for all you credit whiners and 'I-cannot-use-IMG-tags' people, you should now be happy.

 

Myself and Browarod as the current Moderators of CC, have agreed to make the credit rule Voluntary.

 

Basically as long as a disclaimer is present, credits are not needed.

 

Credits will only ensure a safety incase members find out about their images been used and come here to have a go.

 

The no Attachments rule will also be taken down.

 

Links, thumbnails and attachments are allowed.

Ready for another Enigma post? Just kidding, I'll be brief this time around. I promise since I only have 2 points.

 

1. This issue should not be resolved in 1 day with one of the parties involved caving in to the other's rant. It should be taken to the Mod Forums and given at least enough time for the staff, as a whole, to weigh in on the situaiton.

 

2. Do what you wish with the img tags and such, but the artistic credits was a very good idea because, if nothing else, it serves as a "Covering the forum's kiester" clause. I do not think, under any circumstances, it should be compromised.

 

And that's all I have this time around. You can start breathing again, Cyber Altair. ;)

Too many members are not obeying the credit rules, due to laziness, disrespect towards artists or they just dont want to.

 

So i welcome all artists onto this site to complain at members, serves them right if it happens, the rules were strictly enforced to prevent such happenings, but if people like Remix say its bleh then stuff it alltogether ^_^ Let the forum open its doors to chaos due to their own faults ^_^

This is a stupid move by you DJ.

 

Bring the rule back with full enforcement, as without it, it will only bring more trouble. It was implemented by the mod team for a reason. I may have disagreed with the IMG rule, but this one is perfectly reasonable. No matter how many people complain about it, you need to keep it.

 

You're appointed to be a Super Moderator for a reason, you're one of the people who knows whats best for the site. You have my support on this. All of the older members know this is what needs to be done. It may not be what the majority wants, but it's what they need.

As for the members who started this and ranted on abiut this we just wanted to say we are not satisfied with these rules but yet again WW7,Will Smith,Clean Cities, No beer, And Then Fellons running everywhere.
