Ok, firstly, you accidently typed Thestalos twice.

 

Secondly, Granmarg is a bad Monarch, don't use him.

 

Thirdly, You should probably be using 3 each of Caius and Thestalos.

 

Fourthly, yes, you need more Dark Bribes and/or Solemn Judgments.

 

Fifthly, Helios is bad.

 

Sixthly, my way of numbering my comments must be really annoying.

 

Seventhly, Grand Convergence is often a dead draw, don't use it.

 

Eighthly, 1 Allure of Darkness seems kind of pointless here. Run 2 or 0.

 

(And yes, Raiza is limited, though he shouldn't be.)
