Must be Link Summoned. This card, and the cards that are linked to this card, are unaffected by card effects (except this card's and their own) while you control a face up Level/Rank/Link Rating 1 or 4 monster. Once per turn, during your End Phase: You can target a number of Level/Rank/Link Rating 3 or lower monsters in your GY up to the number of unused zones this card is pointing to; Special Summon those targets to the zones this card is pointing to ignoring their Summoning conditions.

funny you said that but I forgot to put Link/Effect, I think I may have some capitalization issues, and I forgot to specify the summon was from the GY; despite this, I'm glad you like the simple unique generic extender.

Yeah, requires some polish before you can call it purrfect, like Neko the Merchant would say. Incidentally, I don't think there's a single Link out there which asks for an specific Rating to be used as material (honestly it kinda goes against the Link gimmick), but ok, it's a test, so experimenting is fine. Being strict, this card doesn't make sense, because it's a Link 3 asking for a Link 4, which by game mechanics is impossible. Aaaanywho:

Maybe it could use further fix, but it's more or less that. I know some stuff sounds redundant, but that's better than having controversies that end up with you and a friend rolling on the floor trying to kill each other. Note where I use Capital Letters and where I use lowercase, because the original wording has a lot of faults in that regard. Now here's a little funny thing. That part about the cards being unaffected by other card effects, except their own. Consider this:

111 III 4 points to Card B. They're linked.

111 III 4 effect comes into action. They're unaffected by card effects, except (according to the original text, which is kinda ambiguous) their own. So, Card B becomes unaffected by other card effects except Card B's effect, and this immunity includes 111 III 4's effect, so it becomes unaffected by it and loses its protection.

And when Card B loses it's protection, 111 III 4's effect applies and... repeat the above.

You get me? This sounds like a joke (I actually laughed) but I'm serious, this is a strange loop. and honestly I don't know what the heck applies in the end. So I changed the effect so all cards affected by this are also affected by 111 III 4's effect.

Finally, remember that in most cases if not all of effects that revive from GY, you target the mobs first, then Special Summon them. Since we're targeting thingies to Summon them to the free zones, it would be weird to target any number like the original text is indicating, so I changed that part as well.

I wanted a link 3 that was incredibly difficult to summon. :/

Actually you can treat a link monster as it's link rating or one when adding up the arrows.
