On topic: Buy a certain card you need is better than buying multiple boosters to try and get

 

I agree for the most part. It mostly depends on the price. If it's something that is about $20, yeah. But if it's a $300 DAD, I imagine you'd pull one from a pack before spending $300 on them.

 

Anyway, like what's been said before, you can't really be too old for a card game. As long as it still interests you, you should still play it. I personally think of Yugioh as just a hobby.

^yea well said, ive known people who have pulled DAD in like their 3rd pack. Its all about luck.

 

Yugioh is a hobby, jus like any other one. Just because it is based on a childs program does not limit its age to people.

Ok, when you buy a card individually, you are paying extra for knowing what you are going to get. If you buy 3 boxes of Light of Destruction, not only are you almost guaranteed to get a Judgment Dragon, but you are also almost guaranteed to have cards whose total worth is considerably more than the $250 you spent on the 3 boxes.

I know. I would rather buy 3 packs and having fun pulling great cards than buying them single.
