Master Hyperion
lol at the people who say you are too old to play Yu-Gi-Oh. It's a hobby. Everyone has it's own hobby. If they can't accept you as you are, lol at those people, because they have absolutly no right to change your taste of hobby. It's your hobby. You choose it. Not them. Which remind me of an event; When I was on school, I was completely finished with all my homework, so I was allowed to do something for myself AKA on this forum. Then some dumb guy looked at my screen for a second and said "lol Yu-Gi-Oh, grow up" ZOMG U DONT LIEK MAH HOBBIE SO NOW THA ERTHZ IS ROTTINGZ AWAY ANDZ PEOPLEZ AR DEIENG!!!!!111!!!!!1111!!!explanationmark!!!!!11 I still laugh at this guys' Attribute for not accepting other people's hobbies. Azmania2260
People who say babies play it don't realise that these 'babies' don't know what they're doing. If they found out the sort of prizes tourneys gave, they'd shut up. No one is too old for YGO. It's a TEEN MANGA as said in Shone Jump. Just because you play YGO, don't mean you're lame. If you make out you're lame whilst playing this, they will take the piss.

Dryad
White Rose: It is possible to be old for a "Children's Card Game", I mean I still play it and do consider myself sometimes in that same spot but I continue to play occasionally, though I am 19 years old, which to some here should be "Like So What I Am 25". It is like "Do I still play pokemon?", I like the show but not as much as I did at one time and don't play the video game or tcg of it, because I would have rather broken a piece of my "Hobbies" , then not be respected for what I prefer to do as well besides either Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh.Death12328: One must hit the ground, running. Not staying aloft in the air, as sooner or later your "Pride" will be the cause of your downfall.

wilson91
Wait. You would spend £10 on cardboard. WTF.
MasterOfMagicians
I won't say that you can be too old to play the game.I will say that you can be too serious about it.Its okay to want to do well, but if you are going out and spending hundreds of dollars for a few cards just to make a good deck, you are too serious.A pack here and there isn't bad, and having a huge collection isn't bad, but being so serious that you literally spend hundreds of dollars on one deck...too serious.Speaking of collections, I'm selling off a large chunk of my collection so if you find yourselves on my shop site, take a look at the cards. Huntar!
There should not be such a discussion thread. I have been a competative player for 2 years now, and a regular player for 5. I am 13 and I love to play. ^_^ There is no age limit on yugioh, for being old at least. I do though, think there should be a limit on how young you need to be to play. wilson91
True man. It's sad for the ppl who spend £££ or $$$ on cards. (alot of money)
The Dark One
It is sad. I can understand spending money on the game, even a considerable amount, but I don't understand why anyone would ever even think of spending $200 on a piece of cardboard labeled "Dark Armed Dragon."
