SR12-JP022 Tenkuu no Utagoe / Chorus in the Sky
Spell
You can only activate 1 card with this card’s name per turn.
(1) Pay 1000 LP, then target 1 Fairy monster in your GY; add it to your hand, then, if “The Sanctuary in the Sky” is on the field or in a GY, you can add 1 of your banished “The Sanctuary in the Sky”, or cards that list that card in their text, to your hand.

SR12-JP033 Ushinawareta Sei’iki / Lost Sanctuary
Trap/Continuous
You can only activate 1 card with this card’s name per turn. You can only use the 3rd effect of this card’s name once per turn.
(1) When this card resolves, you can Set 1 “The Sanctuary in the Sky” or 1 Spell/Trap that lists that card in its text directly from your Deck to your field.
(2) This card’s name becomes “The Sanctuary in the Sky” while face-up on the field or in the GY.
(3) You can banish 1 Fairy monster from your GY, then target 1 Effect Mosnter your opponent controls; negate its effects until the end of this turn.

IDK about the Spell, but damn that Trap looks good.A searcher that provides disruption and doubles as the Sanctuary. Damn good. And pretty sure there are cards that can search it too. Heck, you could even splash it in non-Sanctuary decks, hoping there is a feasible engine to grab it and make it live.
