Darj
I like the effect of the first card. Support for Ruin and Demise is welcomed by me. The 2nd effect feels cheap despite the setup required. Maybe make it simulate a Ritual Summon more and make it banish monsters in the GY as "tributes" for the monster you are Ritual Summoning? For example, if you Summon the Level 4 Ruin, then make it banish monsters in the GY whose total Levels equal 4 (not more, or else you can abuse banish effects by banishing all your monsters in the GY). Also, the effect doesn't resemble the standard effects of the colored Skilled Magicians (gain Spell counters, Tribute it with 3 Spell Counters to Summon a monster from a series) so IMO a name change is in order. 2nd monsters feels so out of place, though. I'm not a fan because, the way you wrote it, it can be shortcut into it like the ABC Fusion monster, so it's just a matter of having mill power to get the 2 Ritual Monsters in the GY and then bam!, you get a 4000/4000 behemoth with a negation and floating effect. If it required the materials to be properly Ritual Summoned first, you would be onto something, but then the card would fall in the "awesome but impractical" trope.
