This card is used to Ritual Summon "Azazil, Ritual Bound Djinn". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equals 12 or more from the field or your hand. If a card is banished from your GY as a Tribute for this card; you can treat its Level as 2.

This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, Forbidjinn Ritual Art. This cards ATK is equal to the number of monsters used in its Ritual Summon x 1000. When this card is removed from the field, return all Banished Dark monsters to your GY.

 

Just a beat stick that can use all the Djinns as tributes to gain their effects then recycle them. Azazil was the angel name of Iblis, big named Djinn in Islamic mythology.

Is it supposed to be 

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Azazil, Ritual Bound Djinn". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equals 12 or more from your hand field or GY, monsters tributed by this effect are banished.

There is no reason to make the GY monsters optionally level 2 unless you are using level 1 monsters since you can exceed 12.

Thank you for the OCG fix. The total Levels of all Djinn is 16 and although you can go over, you can't add more monsters than you need. Once you're past the monsters level, you can't tribute another. So without the optional level lowering, one level 4 monster would be left out.
