If this card has a "HERO" Monster attached to this card as Xyz Material, this card cannot be destroyed by battle, also, all battle damage you take involving this card becomes 0. If this card is used as Xyz Material to Xyz Summon a "Utopia" Xyz Monster: The Summoned monster gains the following effect.
* This card is always treated as a "HERO" Card.
If this cards ATK is chanaged by a card effect (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the change in attack. You can only use this effect of "Utopia Justice" once per turn.

So the idea behind Utopia Justic is based on how Solid Soldier and Liquid Solider are good at setting you up with 2 Level 4 HERO Monsters which leads to the idea of Xyz Summoning where with Utopia Justice it can gain protection when it has a HERO monster attached to it and when it evolves into another Utopia Xyz it will also treat that summoned monster as a HERO monster. Lastly its damage based on ATK change effect is based on Guard Robe Exchange from the Zexal Anime which is connected to its design as a Utopia that looks like a HERO with a cape.

Example of use: Normal Summon Liquid Soldier, Special Summon Stratos, add Honest Neos, Xyz Into Utopia Justice, attack with Utopia Justice, play Honest Neos both boosting Utopia Justice ATK by 2500 making Utopia Justice ATK 5000 but also inflicting 2500 points of damage to the opponent at the same time. In addition you can also Xyz into Number S39: Utopia the Lighting attack with it and because of Utopia Justice's effect you can boost Utopia the Lighting's ATK even more with Honest Neos effect.
