Its cool that the finally made Phoenix Enforcer into a Destiny HERO Card and and the combination of effects were you can recycle this card is cool. Denier is handy to get certain Destiny HERO's to your hand though places of on the deck effect and its free summon from grave is cool. Lastly Break the Destiny is crazy for skipping an opponents MP1 and can banish itself to a Spell/Trap search.

I would say the main idea is to summon Destiny Hero - Destroy Phoenix Enforcer with Fusion Destiny using Malicious + Denier, Special Summoning Malicious + Denier, while placing the banished Malicious on top of one's deck to get another free copy of Malicious.

Phoenix: Nice callback to Phoenix Enforcer. And overall has a neat effect. You....really lose nothing suicide bombing with him.

Denial: Nice way of recovering banished HERO monsters. Sure, it has other uses, but...why?

A self-Summon is nice though.

Break the Destiny: FINALLY. A way for them to search most of their Spell/Traps. Slowly, but surely. Also, pulling an Amorphactor, I guess.

Not sure how well these would fit in my real life Destiny HERO Deck, but...I can make room if any is vital enough.

I mainly came for Break the Destiny interesting wording,

normally they can just make it:

" that list "Destiny End Dragoon" or "Destiny HERO" in its text"

but instead it has inclusion of "Destiny Hero monster card name" makes me wonder could it be it meant to also able (or maybe only?) to search things that specifically only interact exclusively on 1 monster?

Lets say i have for example sake, ~Destiny Hero Sigma~ and it has a equip card ~Sigma Scepter~ that only equips to it and no other Destiny Hero, could this card with that specific wording search Sigma Scepter in this case since it mention the full monster name instead just Destiny hero?

Well correct me if im overthinking this

I've seen some interesting decklists from the OCG that are running Destroy Phoenix Enforcer as a form of "budget" Dragoon alongside triple Fusion Destiny, Dasher and Celestial.

?

I'm seeing it being sold for less than a dollar online. Or are Japanese copies more expensive?

Depends on where you look, for example on eBay, the copies I found are like a good couple of quid.

Well, English copies are like...50 cents. But I was curious and checked out Japanese. The Japanese copy is only about 5 dollars more. It's...not that expensive. Not unless we're talking about the Ultimate Rare version.

I don't think it's so much a budget version as much as it is an alternative.

A) Remember the OCG have Dragoon banned, so it might as well be a budget version for them as they can't use the broken card.
B) The prices I was on about in my post was regarding the new fusion monster from BODE.

Alright. That makes more sense. Sorry. But I don't pay close attention to OCG.

So, out of curiosity...how useful is Dragoon in TCG?

It's pretty much why I brought it up in this thread as the engine they've been using could translate over when BODE comes out.
As for Dragoon TCG-side, it sees some play. I've seen some Drytron decks run it.
