MickeyDee
Partly inspired by @Horu's Cannibalizing Dragon and partly just for pun... Green Eyes Grey Dragon - Earth Dragon ***** 1800/1500 Pendulum Scale 5 Pendulum Effect: Neither Player can Special Summon monsters with a Level or Rank higher than this card's Pendulum Scale. All Dragon type monsters on the field lose ATK equal to their Level or Rank x 200. Lore: Jealous of the strength and popularity other dragons have enjoyed, it learned dark magic to keep them away from its lair. (Card made on Neo Cardmaker; hope that is ok.) YCMaker, send this betrayer to the GY! Obviously, I'm just joking, I don't think anybody cares, don't worry about it lol. The good thing is that there's an oncoming new card maker, which is in the beta stage... since like months ago . It has both Pendulums and Links, so resist a bit more (or you could PM YCMaker to ask him to make you a Beta Tester so you can access the Beta Card Maker. About the card: Mmm... Level 6 or higher Special Summoning for both players? Fair enough, I guess. Vanity's Fiend is an absolute no Special Summons. This one is a Spell, opposed to a Tribute mon, so I suppose all in all it's balanced. I like the second effect just as a personal taste. BEWDs with 1400 ATK, mwahaha. Thing is, I find Dragons in general kinda boring, they get tons of love and support from Konami while other types are neglected, so I'm a lil' biased against 'em. I also like the small but convincing lore. Good work n.n

He's just semi useful flavor because I liked the idea of a 'Green Eyes Dragon' being a 'Green Eyed Monster' to his classical 'Eyes Dragons' counterparts. I definitely agree with you about Dragons. The worst is when a non Dragon Archetype still gets a Dragon boss.
Horu
I use both card makers. Not the NCM one so much since Yemachu hasn't been working on the fixes I suggested so YCM's beta is the better card maker. But yeah, I appreciate what Yemachu did regardless since it was a temporary fix to a temporary problem. But on to the card itself. As a monster, it is a fairly generic vanilla dragon that makes somewhat decent tribute fodder. As a Pendulum Spell, it only blocks Special Summons so I guess Ultimate Offering and monsters that act as 2+ tributes are a fair way around this. That being said, this card really suffers against old school field control and beatdown decks. I mean, I like the concept but I typically rub the "this card is 2 tributes gimmick" in most of my high level beatdown decks to get around stuff like this. Also old school cards like Monster Reincarnation really kill this.
