(Quick Effect): You can Special Summon "Number 39: Utopia" from your Extra Deck, then, attach this card to the summoned monster as Xyz Material (This Special Summon is treated as a Xyz Summon), also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon Monsters form your Extra Deck except "Number", "ZW" or "ZS" Xyz Monsters. You can only use this effect of "Astral Envoy" once per turn. ATK/0 DEF/0 So with the reveal of Utopic Astral Hope today I decided to make this card as a search for Astral Monsters excluding copies of itself along with the ability to turn itself into Utopia as a reference to the first episode where Astral debuted in.
