So I come across on twitter a fan Manga Chapter someone made called Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Operation mixing duels with medical treatment and how they introduced a card called Shockwave Magician as a EX Trigger (summoning from the Extra Deck when conditions are met.) The idea of EX Monsters would be a White Card like Synchros but with a Red Cross on them to relate to the Medical Emergency theme, also, as a added rule you cannot EX Summon 2 monsters with the same name during a turn.

In addition I added a FIRE Dragon theme to replication some form of a rival character deck for the protagonist outside of Duel Operations against Byoma.

Day-Night Prominence Dragon

Must be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by banishing up to 3 "Ookazi" from your hand or GY. If this card is Special Summoned: send cards at random from your opponents hand to the GY up to the number of "Ookazi" banished to summon this card. If you banished 3 "Ookazi" to summon this card, this card is unaffected by your opponents card effects. Each time at the end of your Battle Phase: Inflict 800 points of damage to your opponent. You can only Special Summon 1 "Day-Night Prominence Dragon" per turn.

Equip to a Monster your opponent controls. The equipped Monsters ATK and DEF are halved. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster you control; the targeted card gains the effects of the monster equipped with this card until the End Phase this turn.

Medical Arts - Bacteria Barrier
Equip Spell Card
Equip to a Monster you control. After activation: if the equipped monsters ATK and DEF are lower than their original ATK and DEF, this cards ATK and DEF become their original ATK and DEF. The equipped monster is unaffected by your opponents card effects and its ATK and DEF cannot be lowered.

Fire Dragon's Fury
Counter Trap Card
If you control a FIRE Dragon EX Monster, you can activate this card from your hand. Activate this card when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap or Monster Effect while you control a FIRE Dragon Monster. Negate the activation and destroy it, then, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent.
