Belenus and Danu

In the aftermath of the first Celtic Primordial Gods vanquishing the Seafoam Giants, the shards of broken sky that had fallen into the sea formed two new Primordials: Belenus (a Sun god) and Danu (the mother goddess specifically to the Irish pantheon- the "Tuatha Dé Danann"). Alas, all the myths which give us much information about Danu were lost in the Christian overhaul in Ireland, but Belenus is said to have ridden across the sky in a chariot, and there was another piece of info from commentators about offerings being sacrificed by drowning them in a vat of ale.

Name - Shards of Shattered Sky
Spell | Spell Type - Normal
Effect(s) - During your Main Phase, if 1 or more monsters have been sent from the field to the GY this turn: Choose 1 card in your hand and reveal it; Special Summon 1 monster with the same Level and Type from your deck in face-up Defense Position. When a monster is Special Summoned by the effect of this card: Shuffle your hand into your Deck; Draw 2 cards.

Level - 7 | Attribute - LIGHT| Monster Type - Fairy/Effect
ATK/DEF - 2500/2100
Effect(s) - Once per turn, at the end of your opponent's Battle Phase, if this card is in your hand: You can reveal your hand to your opponent, and if you do, shuffle this card into your deck; Inflict damage equal to the combined Level of the remaining monsters in your hand x200. When this card in your hand is shuffled into your deck: Draw 1 card.

Name - Danu
Level - 7 | Attribute - LIGHT| Monster Type - Fairy/Effect
ATK/DEF - 2400/2000
Effect(s) - Cannot be targeted for attacks by monsters with a Level equal or lower than this card. During your End Phase, if this card is in your hand: you can reveal your hand to your opponent, and if you do, your opponent must choose 1 monster in your hand; Special Summon the chosen monster in face-up Defense Position. During your End Phase, if you control this face-up card: You can choose 1 card in your hand and Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position, and if you do, take damage equal to the Level of the Special Summoned monster x200. You can only use each effect of "Danu" once per turn.

Name - Solar Chariot
Spell | Spell Type - Equip
Effect(s) - If you control 2 or more face-up Beast monsters: A Fairy monster equipped with this card can attack your opponent directly. During the Battle Phase, negate all card effects (except this one).

Name - Offering Vat
Spell | Spell Type - Continuous
Effect(s) - Once per turn, during your End Phase, if you control the face-up monster with the highest ATK on the field: You can target 2 face-up monsters, and if you do, tribute them to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand of equal Level to the combined Levels of the targeted monsters. When a monster is Special Summoned by the effect of this card: Take damage equal to its Level x200.

1. Shattered Sky- strong staple, +1 consistently because the restrictions are not too bad and you get a card out of your deck and can replace  your hand of one card with 2 (can't be played with an empty hand because you need a monster in hand to activated the effect) cool!

2. Belenus- you are really good at making strong burn cards and this one is hand neutral!

3. Danu- reminds me of Dangers but better and just helps swarm without risk, the cost is giving up info and some LP.

4. Solar Chariot- I would like to see the added effect of it being unaffected by card effects during the battle phase maybe? Maybe it is already really strong IDK. Valkyrie support?

5. Vat- A+ perfect balance for a staple needs a high ATK deck. More for sense reasons then balance I wish this tributed the monsters!

I updated Solar Chariot to have a negating effect during the Battle Phase, but I made it negate both players' cards, during either player's Battle Phase to make it a bit less OP than just negating the opponent's during the controller's Battle Phase.

And I changed the wording of Offering Vat to make it a tribute. That does make more sense lol.

For Solar Chariot I was actually thinking "Neither players can activate card effects during the battle phase" instead of all effects are negated.

I do like you made it work on both players to keep balance though.
