Chaos Impact™
there a fun set to play with but i also agree yugioh should be based on skill not luck
MarbleZone
but wouldn't have survived against DAD and JD What does?
JesusofChaos™
^Gravekeeper Monarchs are getting stronger because they are anti DAD but they wont be able to compete with JD. Anyway back on topic: Time Wizard is acceptable because he has a big downside with his effect and does not have a bunch of support, but i still do not believe that it should be down to luck

CrabHelmet
Most Arcana Force cards have balanced enough effects that the LINAC doesn't break them. Cup of Ace is one of the most obnoxious exceptions.
JesusofChaos™
^ Yes their effects are not broken but should luck be such a big factor?
MarbleZone
With cards like Light Barrier and Reversal of Fate, luck is hardly a factor.
JesusofChaos™
Light Barrier has a luck aspect in it aswell. Other cards like snipe hunter, dangerous machine and other cards in LODT and not affected by reversal of fate, these are the cards that draw skill out of the game. MarbleZone
Then why is this thread about Arcana Force?
JesusofChaos™
this thread is about all lucksack cards, it started from arcana force and has now expanded
MarbleZone
All lucksack? 'Kay, Ban Snipe Hunter, ban Cup, lol Dangerous Machine, keep the Arcanas, keep Blowback...I suppose Sand Gambler is staying out of this discussion, right? Essentially, all cards that result in a broken effect that pretty much takes no skill to benefit from, with a decent percentage of pulling it off, should be banned/limited... In my opinion, and I'm no pro as you can probably tell from my posts.
JesusofChaos™
lol sand gambler, but barrel dragon and blowback certainly should be discussed
Chevalier
Personally i believe the game should be skilled basedThis stops lucksack noobs from winning To begin with, yes I changed "ruining" to "winning" but there's not much difference in this case. There are plenty of LuckSack noobs which means there is plenty of dollars sitting happily in Konami's pocket.Since when has Konami actually cared about that stuff and not about money? JesusofChaos™
This is not about konami caring this is about lucksack cards taking away skill
tonisanoob
i swear if somone slags e heros one more time ... also luck cards, are a i dunno what to say de-skillifying but most have a downside wich makes up for it blowback for instance isnt overpowerd but its still an allright cardeven tho its luck based
NeoPaladin2008
GK Monarchs do work against JD.This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except when there are a total of 4 or more different "Lightsworn" monsters in your Graveyard. By paying 1000 Life Points' date=' destroy all cards on the field except this card. During your End Phase, send 4 cards from the top of your Deck to the [b']Graveyard[/b]. Yea its effect does not affect the graveyard it only uses it as a requirement you have to summon
