You can only use the following effects of "Silent Red Lantern" once per turn. * You can discard this card from your hand; add 1 WATER Aqua Monster with 1000 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand. * If you control a WATER Monster with 1000 or less ATK, you can Special Summon this card (form your GY), also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters except WATER Monsters. ATK/1300 DEF/800 So this card being another type of Jellyfish is ment to work with Silent Sea Nettle (revealed in the AC 2021 set) where this card can be discard to add Silent Sea Nettle to your hand where if you have another Water monster in hand you can summon that, Special Summon Slient Sea Nettles then since Sea Nettles has less than 1000 ATK you can summon Lantern from your graveyard allowing you to Xyz Summon using 3 Monsters.
