This card is always treated as an elemental, vision, and destiny hero monster. This card can be normal summoned with no tributes if you control no monsters or all monsters you control are heroes. When this card is summoned; return one card on the field to its owners hand and the owner of that card draws one card. If this card battles a monster with greater attack negate the attack and return the battling monsters to the hand. If this card would be sent to the GY it is instead sent to the top of the deck. You can only activate each effect of "Hero Slinky" once per a turn.

Perfect balance. 1000 is a 2-star beat stick and you basically attached a 6-star effect onto the card (assuming being able to draw two cards and nothing else is near the maximum amount of beneficial effect permissible.) And it always comes back to the top of the deck so you really have to plan ahead if you want to use this card lest you get stuck with a 1000 beat stick for half the game.
