The toon is so cute!

toon doesn't quite work with synergy (but who cares he's adorable).

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Tributing 1 toon monster or a monster with 2000 or more ATK while you control toon world. Cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. You must pay 500 LP to declare an attack with this monster. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. Can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon monster, in which case this card must target a Toon monster for its attacks. During the Battle Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster (Quick Effect):You can target that opponent's monster; banish both this card from the field and that target. Return those banished monsters to the field at the end of the Battle Phase, and if you banished an Xyz Monster, this card gains 500 ATK for each material it had when it was banished. [I think this is better PSCT]

Master actually surprisingly balanced

for the field spell the main use is the advantage it produces and oh boy does it produce advantage, I'm assuming the once per a duel effect is supposed to be "you can draw cards equal to the number of Galaxy eyes Xyz monster you control"?
