So this card design refferes to Dark Magician during the final duel in DM with the additional 300 ATK being from Book of Secret Arts, its Pearching effect from Dark Spear and ability to search Thousand Knifes from it being used when Dark Magician was out during that time. Lastly it also has a effect to Special Summon itself by banishing a Spell and can treat itself as Dark Magician on field and in grave.
