Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Plant Monster from your Deck, also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except Plant Monsters. So Summon Seed is a card that helps Plant Decks summon a low level plant monster, where it helps Sunavalons with getting their Sunseeds out or you can summon an Evil Thorn to tribute to get 2 more Evil Thorns out.
