You can only use the following effects of "Clear Wing Hi-Speedroid Dragon" once per turn. * (Quick Effect): Target 1 monster your opponent controls; negate the targeted cards effects and this card gains the ATK equal to the targeted cards original ATK until the End Phase this turn. * (Quick Effect): Target 1 "Speedroid" Tuner monster in your GY; Special Summon the targeted card, then immediatly after, Synchro Summon a WIND Dragon or WIND Machine Monster from your Extra Deck using this card and the summoned monster as Synchro Material.
