Revolution archetype? Synchro using normal monster as tuner with trap shenanigan? Not exactly. This card is supposed to be part of the Fleur theme used by Sherry LeBlanc from 5ds. The card follows the theme of her traps and Liberty at Last! is a renamed version of Freedom Release she uses in the anime.
Rayfield Lumina
When I saw the name, my first thought was: This is going to be a direct support for Oppressed People / People Running About / United Resistance / Huge Revolution. Disappointed it isn't, and the effect seems too niche to be of real use. P.D: I'm reacting to the OP. C'mon, he always reacts with a thanks at this kind of posts.
