Clockwork Jirachi

Dark/ Level 2

Once Summoned in face-up Attack Position:
* Guess if the next card you draw has an effect that mentions drawing, negation, or winning in its text, has a different effect, or has no effect and then draw a card. If you guess incorrectly, Banish that card face-down. If you pay 700 Life Points, you can change this Monster's Monster Type to any valid type except Divine-Beast Type, Warrior Type and Fairy Type.

ATK: 700/ DEF: 700

I might come back and rework this into a set, but this is what I have so far.

I just realized that I could say "You can pay" instead of "If you pay"; the way I currently have it worded, it seems to operate like a "coin machine" where any payment from a different effect will work so long as the amount is at or above the designated minimum.

Let me try to help you with some grammar, @HQCardmaker As always, your effects are original, so there's probably no official PSCT for this.

If this card is Normal Summoned: Declare if the next card you draw has a drawing effect OR a negating effect OR an effect that lets you win the Duel OR if it has no effect, then draw 1 card, also, after that, if the card you drew doesn't have the characteristic you declared, banish that card, face-down. You can pay 700 LP, then declare 1 monster type, except Divine-Beast, Warrior or Fairy; change this card's type to the declared type.

Now, here's the deal: "Once Summoned in face-up Attack Position:" is kinda open to interpretation. I'm using the "at summon effect" wording. If you intended that this effect can be used once per turn, then the classic "Once per turn: You can declare... etc. Finally, there are some cards that can only activate the effect once while they remain on the field. "Once, while this card is face-up on the field: etc.

Now, I had to mention a "characteristic" I didn't find a better way to go with this. Your possibilities of declaration include effects and non-effect, so it was hard to word. I omitted one of the possibilities: "or has a different effect". Ambiguous in itself, and if I understand correctly, any card with a different effect to this would be included, so no.

Use LP instead of Life Points and don't use -type for the monsters, simply mentioning the types (i.e. Warrior, Spellcaster, Pyro, etc) works
