If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand (This is a Quick Effect). This card is unaffected by your opponents monster effects. If this card was sent to the GY by the effect of "Neos Fusion" and the monster summoned by the effect of "Neos Fusion" was "Elemental HERO Kingdom Neos": The summoned monster gains the following effects.
* "HERO" monsters you control cannot be tributed.
* If a "HERO" monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict peircing battle damage.
ATK/2500 DEF/2000

So this card acts as a Main Deck mini form of the OG Kingdom Neos where it can be summoned if you control no monsters and has the OG Kingdom Neos's Monster effect protection while also giving your summoned Kingdom neos off Neos Fusion both protective and offensive effects.
