When your opponent activate card or effect while you control this Link Summoned card (Quick effect): remove fog counters equal to number of times you activate this effect this turn +3; negate the activation. Also for the rest of this turn, "Cloudian" monster in attack position cannot be destroyed by card effect. You can reveal this card from your Extra Deck and Discard 1 card: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Fairy monster from your hand or GY with attributes other than LIGHT or DARK. Additionally if you discard card that list "Cloudian" or "Fog Counter" in itd name or text to activate this effect, Distribute Fog counter(s) equal to discarded card Level +1. You can only use this effect of "Cloudian - Kerberos Typhoon" once per turn.

Did you know that the 3 headed dog cerberus might been ancient interpretation of storm cloud?
Evidence 1: in original myth, cerberus is more than 3 headed dog. It has thousand snake heads for mane and scorpion tail. This might represent that very human thing to imaginatively see cloud shapes/formation as creatures and in this case chaotic shapes of storm cloud with some lightning flash through inside it can be monstrous looking and flickers visage of scary faces/heads. also certain pitch of thunder rumble might sound like pack of dogs barking or growling
Evidence 2: Cerberus or originally Kerberos, is greek for either "spot" or "cloud". And this is a fun trivia since this means the underworld god-fucking Hades is being the dorkiest dog-people ever naming the monstrous dog of storm and death spot or fluffy aaaaaa...ehem, if we combine those meaning (spotty cloud) might been interpretation of dirty look of the dark storm clouds 

Oh well back to the card,  its a big fat cloudian support, its has multi-omni negates although instead destroy things (that cirrostratus job) it made his teammates immune to effect destruction and has exponentially increased cost each time. But the most important effect, it can help to jumpstart your cloudian plays and gimmick straight from your extra deck regardless of your hand condition to cover most of the bad card cloudian has (to be fair you might pitch aerosol or even...lucky cloud, though latter card need a support of its own.
