Outcast of the Master Magicians - Rounding Out Endymions

Made an Endymion Deck recently, so here's a Pendulum Monster that supports Spell Counter Decks by rounding out some things I wanted from them and giving them a new Level 7 monster that can beat some things. It can change Pendulum Scales, it can Special Summon stuff from your Extra Deck, it does not care about monster effects, and it produces Spell Counters when in danger.

Pendulum Effect:

You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, other than Spellcaster monsters. Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card when that Spell resolves. Once per turn: You can remove 2 Spell Counters from the field; Special Summon 1 face-up Pendulum Monster in your Extra Deck.

Monster Effect:

You can discard this card, then target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone and remove any number of Spell Counters from your field (min. 1); that target's Pendulum Scale becomes equal to the number of Spell Counters removed. Unaffected by other monsters' effects, except monsters with Spell Counters on them. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card, then target 1 face-up card you control you can place a Spell Counter on; place Spell Counters on that target up to the number of face-up Pendulum Monsters in your Extra Deck +1. You can only use each effect of "Outcast of the Master Magicians" once per turn.

Only vaguely thought that through, just thought an outcast would match its art, and figured that since I was already making it support them, why not relate it to the Master Magician part in the name, thought that would be fun if anyone noticed I did that.
