I'm going to say its fine here, but if one of the other mods can think of a better place to moves this go for it. I can't comment much on decks, but even if you're doing custom cards I think you should be following banned lists and a couple of the decks aren't. Although he does ask me like a good friend that he is? He likes Playing the OCG and likes to follow the OCG Limited & Forbidden Lists Sometimes..
