Can only be activated at the start of your Main Phase 1. There can be only 1 "Table of the Strategist" on the field. When this card is activated: Draw 1 card. Apply the following effect while this card is face-up on the field.

• If a player draw a card(s) except by drawing it: Its opponent can draw that many card(s).
• If a player add a card(s) from their deck or GY to their hand except by drawing it or by the effect of "Table of the Strategist": Its opponent can add that many card(s) from their deck or GY to their hand respectively.
• If a player send a card(s) from their hand or deck to their GY: Its opponent can send that many card(s) from their hand or deck to their GY respectively.
• If a player Special Summon a monster(s) from their hand, deck, or GY: Its opponent can Special Summon that many monster(s) from their hand, deck, or GY respectively.

You can only activate 1 "Table of the Strategist' per turn.
