You can only use the following effects of "Samsara Soldier" once per turn. * During either players End Phase while theirs a face-up Field Spell Card on the field: You can Special Summon this card from your GY, and if you do, place 1 Samsara Counter on 1 face-up Field Spell Card on the field. * You can remove 2 Samsara Tokens from anywhere on the field and target 1 monster in your GY; Special Summon the targeted card from your GY.
