As part of post etiquette please write down the effects beneath the card no matter how clear the text-on-card is 

That being said, it kinda refreshing that you make something other than thunder or egyptian god support and to be fair you almost did a good job: now it has another layer of protection so that you can use the negation to protect other than itself pretty much much better pay off for non-cheatable fusion

....that, until the part when its pretty much better Shock Master 2.0 (hint: its even better than VFD). Modern decks rarely run traps other than some staple so its a 50/50 chance of correctly shutdown the entire play is a way too good of a deal. The response protection just plain unfun 

TL;DR replace the last 2 effect. 

PS: replace "during either player turn" with modernize legal term "(Quick Effect)"

I apreciate your help, thanks. However i must disagree when you say its a better shock master, first cause its way harder to summon as you need to use the vanilas monsters and a fusion card to summon it cause it cannot be summoned from the extra deck by other ways, so thats kinda hard to do even nowadays, the best you have now is isolde but you still need certain cards to be able to summon arcana, thats why its way harder. Also, because  even the lock effect itself requires to discard the same type of card that your opponent is activating, so if you dont have it in your hand, you cant lock your opponent. The speed 4  part is due to how restrictive this monster is to be summoned, so it coulld break boards like dragon, savage, apollousa, etc, that was the idea, otherwise, I dont even think he would be playable nowadays cause he would get negated and destroyed by those monsters, so I thought this way he would be able to be a counters to those cards. I apreciate the psct advice, thanks.
