Relinquished Ultima
lv 12 DARK
Spellcaster/Ritual/Effect
Must be Ritual Summoned with "Ultimate Illusion Ritual". Once per turn: You can target any number of monsters your opponent controls; equip the targeted monsters to this card. This cards ATK/DEF become equal to the combined ATK of all monsters equipped to this card. If this card would be destroyed by battle or by a card effect, destroy 1 monster equipped to this card instead. While equipped with a monster, any battle damage you take is dealt to your opponent instead. If this card is sent from the field to the GY or banished: You can Special Summon 1 "Relinquished" from your GY. You can only use this effect of "Relinquished Ultima" once per turn. You can only control 1 face-up "Relinquished Ultima".
ATK/0 DEF/0

Ultimate Illusion Ritual
Ritual Spell Card
This card can be used to Ritual Summon "Relinquished Ultima" (from your hand or Deck.) You must also tribute "Relinquished", then, banish monsters from your hand, field and/or GY excluding "Relinquished" whose total Level equals 12. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in responce to the activation of this card and the effects of "Relinquished Ultima" this turn.

That's a cool idea! Sort of like a ritual equivalent to the synchro /Assault Mode monsters. I'm a big relinquished fan and was really excited when the new support came out a couple years ago. A couple comments.

1. This feels like the kind of monster that would specify it can only be special summoned by ritual summon. If so, I think the PSCT would go something like, "You can Ritual Summon this card with "Ultimate Illusion Ritual". Must be Ritual Summoned." Based this off Blue-Eyes Chaos Max Dragon.

2. On Ultimate Illusion Ritual, I don't think the from your hand or Deck has to be in parenthesis (Based off Turning of the World).

3. A big problem with the relinquished strategy is that relinquished, thousand-eyes, and millenium-eyes all depend on targeting. I would consider reducing the amount of equips this monster gets, maybe twice per turn, but allowing it to equip without targeting. That text might go something like, "Twice per turn: Equip 1 monster your opponent controls to this card."

4. If I used this in a relinquished deck, my other concern would be bricking. Rituals can already get pretty bricky as-is. One way to alleviate this might be an additional effect on Ultimate Illusion Ritual, "You can reveal this card and 1 "Relinquished Ultimate" in your hand; Add 1 card from your Deck to your hand, that specifically lists the card "Relinquished" in its text, then shuffle 1 "Relinquished Ultimate" into the Deck."
