This card cant be special summoned exept by removing from play a monster that is both a WIND and a Dragon-type monster from your side of the field. The ATK and DEF of this card are equal to the total number of your removed from play WIND type monsters times 500. Each time a Dragon-type monster is normal summoned to your side of the field you can remove a WIND monster from your deck from play.
