The Amida archetype is based off a very weird gathering creatures and etc plus the special group of secret operatives that spend their days and nights, capturing, killing and protecting us normal citizens) the Amida can be very dangerous and or anomalous ( no one really know what they are exactly thing(s)?, creature(s)?, entities(s)? and even possible god(s)?) and what exactly the amida are planing if they are planning anything at all! CKP is highly secretive and highly classified branch of the government swanned to protect humanity from the Amida and to capture and kill amida when possible.

I do find it interesting, @Godbrand. I dunno why you posted the same thread in both Casual and Advanced, but I think I'll post over here n.n

CKP Sector B Station 23 - You see, unfortunately you cannot give a Field Spell a (Quick Effect), that's restricted to monsters. To make this work, you can make it a "Quick-like effect", a type of fast effect (stuff with Spell Speed of 2+) present in Spell/Traps, even if they're Field or Continuous. Check out this card, Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins, specifically the 3rd bulleted effect. This helps. My suggestion, make it so the card reacts to the opponent's action.
When your opponent activates a card effect while this card has 10+ Research Counters: You can send this card to the GY; negate the activation, then negate the effects of all cards your opponent controls until the end of this turn, also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until your next Standby Phase.

Slime Sample CKP 00-27 - You can't "place a Token". Cards that generate Tokens Special Summon them, and you don't need to specify it's on your side of the field, only specify if it is Special Summoned to your opponent's field.

Ruthless Tactics of the CKP - Yep, the name works: RUTHLESS xD. In general, I feel it's a little overpowered. Both players shuffle 1 card, but you shuffle the one you want and the opponent one at random, then you feed your GY and screw your opponent's Deck. Since the Deck's gimmick is to banish something from the GY to recycle, I feel it fair if the banishing happens to you as well, but what's more, you can take advantage of this: If the banishing is not face-down, (for you and your opponent, in that case) you can use Leviair the Sea Dragon to Special Summon your banished critters.

Anomaly Effects of the Amida -  Mmm... I'm not sure. It's a cool card, but again, feeding your GY and Special Summon 2 mobs at the same time without drawback is nasty. In addition, all Amida mobs have a "At summoning effect", so it's way too convenient to summon two things (regardless of Level) and proceed to activate other two effects. At the very least, I suggest negating the effect of one of 'em.

I have to stop now to take care of IRL business, but i'll review the other cards when I have a chance. See ya :)

BUMP?

My bad that I didn't finish before, Brando, busy with stuff, I've barely had any activity in the site in the previous days.

Amida CKP 03-01 - First suggestion would be to make not only this card's but every monster's "At summon" effect non-mandatory. If this card is Summoned: You can. Right now, they're all mandatory effects, which is no good for their flexibility, so unless they're mandatory effects for flavour purposes, consider changing that for them all. The rest of the effect is ok. Discard + banish 3 cards is nasty, but it's completely balanced by the limitation, as you cannot activate the effect the same turn it is Summoned.

Amida CKP 72-13 - Pretty similar to the above. I like this more, though, as it combo better, sending monsters to the GY to activate their last effect.

Amida CKP 44-31 -  Oof.. Summon and draw... well, I don't remember if there's anything of the sort in official cards, sounds pretty strong... but I guess it's... alright, given it has HOPT. I'll say at this point that this cards can be quite the killers if they manage to survive on the field. They don't have tremendous swarming capabilities beyod the next two cards, which can easily combo for a triple summon, and their effects are slow, so stuff that can stall will help you greatly, such as Battle Fader. You'll need to be wary of stuff like Macro Cosmos as well, if your GY gets screwed, you're ded.

Amida CKP 18-57 -  Yes, as I was saying earlier, this was desperately required, this and...

Amida CKP 64-09 - THIS. It's problematic that it is Lv 5, you really want this guy in your GY. Sure, this archetype has many discarding effects, but it'd be even better if you can send stuff from Deck to the GL, a la Foolish Burial

Amida CKP 85-12 -  It feels like you got too excited and greedy with this one xD. You should say "return" instead of "send" when you're talking about banished cards moving to the GY. After the Amida guys have been banishing themselves for nasty effects, it's kinda cheap this guy can arrive and reset whooping 5 of those banished thingies. I guess this can counter Macro Cosmos to an extent, but honestly this card's effects are much stronger than the others and I'm against it, probably I'd lower every "5" in this card to "3".

Amida CKP 44-44 - I don't like too much that precisely the two monsters that Summon this don't have ways of Special Summoning themselves or other monsters beyond the archetypal Summon from GY. The twist that makes this card cause the discarding by the banishing effect is cool, tho.
