Once you become LV65 you will be able to make a small town after you run it by me. YOU MAKE YOUR OWN CHARACTER and MAKE YOUR JUTSUS or select from my list. Rules:1. NO SPAMMING!!!2. As a Genin you have 5 jutsu. (2 Ninjutsu, 1Genjutsu, 2 Taijutsu) As a Chuunin you have 10 justu (5 Ninjutsu, 2 Genjutsu, 3 Taijutsu) As a Jonin you have 35 Jutsu (15 Ninjutsu, 10 Genjutsu, 10 Taijutsu) As a Kage or Similar Rank you have unlimited jutsu! Leveling Up:0-n/a EXP is a Genin(you must take a Chuunin Exam approved by me & your Kage)1000-1999 Is chuunin2000-2500 is Special Jounin (same num. of Jutsu as Jonin)2501-3500 is Jonin3501-n/a is ANBU (no one can become Kage unless another Kage resigns and you must be Jonin+ and be chosen by me) Win Battles get EXP:Battle with Genin - 50EXPBattle with Chuunin - 100EXPBattle with S. Akatsuki, the evil organization that was terminated long ago has risen again. The Bijuu not there goal, they are now after the elite ninja sucking there power to add to there ranks of zombie ninja. Joe you've been officialy accepted so open a thread called "Village of Sand - BlueFlame RPG" and you also now have responsibility of accepting all genin that register.
