[How To] Post cards in a thread

Well im pretty sick of people asking the same question over and over again about how to post pictures of their cards in a thread when they can just check the sticky for YCmaker video tutorial anyways i got bored and so i made this TuT for people. Now enough talk this is my way of how i post pictures ,but there could be better ways (If you find this too hard then i have nothing else to say......)

 

 

1: Start off on the card maker page.

 

2: Create or open your card you want to post

 

3: Now right click on the card and click "save as" or for Firefox users like me click "save image as"

 

 

4: save it at your desktop or anywhere you want =D (make sure you save

it in a uploadable image file such as PNG format)

 

 

5: Now open your internet explorer and enter the site www.photobucket.com

 

 

6: Create an account on photobucket =P (If you already have one skip this part)

 

7: Once you log on or create an account go to "my album"

 

8: Then you should see this box in the middle that saids "Upload Images and Videos" in the box there should be a rectangle box that says "Choose Files" click that and then choose the card image we save at step 3-4 and give it a few seconds to upload it =P

 

 

9: Then once done uploading you should see it

 

10: Now under the card look for "Img Code" once you do copy the link to the right of it and paste it in any thread and the card image will appear.

My only suggestion, for you, is to be a little bit clearer with the text, when pointing out certain things on your screenshots.

um actually, a couple things i need to say

one

use Spoilers, they make the page load faster, and they tidy things up

 

and two

 

you can also click the image of the card, after you have made it and saved it, on YCM,

because, when you click the card, it automatically uploads to whatever site it uses, i want to tinypic, but its not, either way

click the pic

wait for it to load, and copy and paste the img code into your thread ^_^

well i made this a long time ago so i wasn't updated to do that method. I should make another tutorial on that. =D

Yes, i gues that's a way of doing it, but to do it even better and faster, you could save as, then you could go onto http://www.tinypic.com/, once you have done that, you just browse the picture you saved, then upload it, then it will say IMG adress, you copy that, then put it into the thread your posting the card(s) in. I hope you find this way just as easy, but i'll have to tryh your way. Good tutorial!!^_^ +rep!!
