Tefached
why would you want a yugioh card that high?
Bloodrun
12 is the max, there isnt even a level 13 monster in actual Yu-Gi-Oh >_>
Lucas Maximus
13 stars would not fit onto a standard Yu-Gi-Oh card. >.<12 is the maximum. ~ Lucas 8)
Exiro
Yes, you can put something in the effect that it's level can become higher, like with Greed Quasar, but it isn't very original. We only need one of those cards whose atk can go beyond 12.

The Aquaintance
13 stars makes you seem desperate to win and even hitting 10 stars is a pity.
Purple Dinosaur
It would have to be EXTREMELY STRONG in order for a monster to be Level 13 (If there was that)
Larxene
pfft.....its ATK and DEF would both have 2 be like....5000 or higher...at least
Dejhad
not even the great god cards have 13 stars. Can you guess why? Long live the middle level monsters!
Sailor Gourmet
Level 13?Why the heck do you want to make a card like that?12 is really overkill already.
~ P O L A R I S ~
You could edit it with paint and draw an extra star on it if you really wanted to, but levels don't really have much point above 7, they might as well all be 7 stars XD Well except for certain effects like Cost Down and A Legendary Ocean, but cards like those are fairly rare But then again Level 10+ cards who don't require a summoning condition are also quite rare, the only one I can think of that doesn't is Yubel. Mikaeo
C'est impossible! most people here dont speak french. bak on topic, 13 stars would be sorta pointless except for effects that have stars in them, i dont like the idea of 13 stars cuz then it is too many in my opinion
