OCG Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 Step 1Make a new document, preferably 350x150 and color it black. Step 2Use the brush tool until you come to something like this. Step 3Go to photobucket.com and choose a render. Step 4Go to new layer set the Opacity to 30 then go to the square tool and put it over the banner. Step 5Go to the Text tool and add text. Step 6Stay on your text layer and go to Layer>Layer Style>Outer Glow>100. Step 7Go to Filter and choose a filter on your render layer. Step 8Add a border ^_^ go to the square tool and make 2 black lines across the top and bottom. Kizzi Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 Suggestions:- Use something better than Photobucket for renders.- Don't filter the render.Either:- Use a contrast layer after the coloring layer, OR:- Use the coloring layer on Hue.
