If you chain a Quick-Play Spell Card from your hand to your "Samsara Lotus'" Special Summon effect' date=' "Samsara Lotus'" effect disappears. If "Book of Moon", etc., is chained to "Samsara Lotus'" damage inflicting effect and flips it face-down, the effect disappears. Though it is similar to Treeborn Frog, but not quite. The fact that you must special summon this card in attack mode and pay 1000 life points for a pathetic 0 ATK monster makes it rather dismal.[/quote'] I guess you're right but it's still one of those cards that lets you Special Summon a card directly from your hand.
