So this card is a retrained version of Cyber Blader designed to fit in the Cyber Angel theme where its a generic 2 Fairy and/or Warrior monsters where it allows you to draw 2 if you use a Ritual monster as Fusion Material like a Cyber Angel and instead of being limited to an effect that is applied depending on the number of monsters your opponent controls, this card can gain all three of them at once.
