Sinful RunesSinful CodexContinuous SpellDuring your Draw Phase,you can add 1 "Sinful Rune" card to your hand instead of drawing a card.By sending this card to the graveyard when there are 7 different "Sinful Rune" cards in your graveyard, Special Summon "Megiddon the Dragon of Armegeddon" from your hand,deck or graveyard. Sinful Rune-EnvyNormal SpellSelect 1 monster your opponent controls.Special Summon 1 monster from your deck that has either the same ATK,DEF,level or Attribute as the selected monster. Sinful Rune-GluttonyContinuous SpellOnce per turn,place 1 Glutton Counter on a monster you control.(A monster with Glutton Counters gain 200 ATK & DEF for every Glutton Counter)When a monster has 5 Glutton Counters,it is sent to the graveyard. Sinful Rune-GreedNormal SpellDraw 3 cards.You take 300 points of damage for every Spell or Trap card in your hand. Sinful Rune-LustCounter TrapActivate only when your opponent declares an attack on a Fiend-type monster you control.Negate the attack & that monster cannot attack until it leaves the field. Sinful Rune-PrideEquip SpellThe equipped monster is treated as a DARK monster.The equipped monster is unaffected by the effects of Spells,Traps & Monsters.When this card is destroyed,destroy the equipped monster.When the equipped monster is sent to the graveyard,it cannot be Summoned again in this Duel. Sinful Rune-SlothQuick-Play SpellActivate only when a monster is Summoned.That monster switches to DEF position. (The position cannot be switched for 6 turns) Sinful Rune-WrathNormal TrapActivate only when a monster you control is destroyed in battle.Destroy the monster that destroyed it & Special Summon 1 monster with a higher level than the destroyed monster from your hand. Trap cardInfernal BarrierContinuous TrapWhen your opponent declares an attack,discard 1 "Sinful Rune" to prevent the attack target's destruction. (Damage calcution is still applied)Send this card to the graveyard when there are at least 4 "Sinful Rune" cards with different names in your graveyard. Monster cardsGrand SinnerDARK/Fiend-Effect/LV 5/ATK ?/DEF 0This card cannot be Special Summoned.This card gains 500 ATK points for every "Sinful Rune" card in your graveyard. Megiddon the Dragon of ArmegeddonDARK/Dragon-Effect/LV 12/ATK 5000/DEF 5000This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.This card cannot be Special Summoned except by effect of "Sinful Codex".This card is treated as a Fiend-type monster while on the field.You can pay Life Points until you have 1000 Life Points left & remove all "Sinful Rune" cards in your graveyard from play to destroy all cards in your opponent's field & hand & receive 400 points of damage for every card destroyed by this effect.If you use this effect,your turns ends & the opponent can draw 2 cards during his Draw Phase. Dark_Pride Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 Hmm, I think these cards are okay for fanfics. Most of them are balanced except "Sinful Rune- Greed". But since these cards are meant to be used for fanfics, it's okay to retain its effect.But if you're planning to make "Sinful Rune- Greed" a realistic card. You should increase the damage 500 to 700 or change the effect to drawing 2 cards. Link to comment
bury the year Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 Yeah, I agree w/ Dark_Pride. Remember, Life Points don't matter until they hit 0. Put a discard effect somewhere on there. Plus, in the original listing of the 7 sins, Greed is called Avarice. Just FYI. Link to comment
