You can only use this card name’s (1) and (2) effects once per turn each.
(1) At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles a monster Special Summoned from the Extra Deck: You can shuffle that monster into the Deck.
(2) You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher WIND Dragon monster from your hand or Deck.

This card is used to Ritual Summoned “Paladin of Armored Dragon”.
You can only use this card name’s (2) effect once per turn.
(1) Ritual Summon 1 “Paladin of Armored Dragon” from your hand by Tributing monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 4 or more.
(2) During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish monsters from your hand or face-up field whose total Levels equal 4 or more; banish this card from your GY, and if you do, Special Summon 1 “Paladin of Armored Dragon” from your GY.

I have waited far too long for Armed Dragons to get a Paladin, and this is pretty solid. Sort of wish it could summon LV7 by ignoring summoning conditions, but I'll admit that would be a bit much. Anything to skip LV3 is already a step in the right direction.

I do like the Ritual Spell. I could see someone maybe being desperate to throw their Paladin at a bigger monster to shuffle it into the deck, and the second effect could help with some Blitz shenanigans.

For the most part, this is what you'd expect from a Paladin Ritual, but man is it a nice one.

This thing is pretty good as far as being one of the paladins. Really good (for a paladin). if those effects weren't opt it'd actually be busted.
