Jax handed Sora the sutra to Shadow Fields as he was pushing him a side. There power cap is at least if not more double then Organizations XIII's power was. As for Davok? Hmmm seems familiar let me see if I can find his file... Just make sure that the person who threw it is the last on to go threw the portal. Cause when the person who throws the sutra enters the portal the portal closes.
